Internet Scrambler is a free application for PCs running some version of the Windows operating system, which use a MAPI compliant email client, like OutLook Express. Using only a short easily remembered mutual password or PIN number, all of the strength of Strong Cryptography can be used to completely secure PC to PC communication. The distribution contains all of the Microsoft Visual C++ project files, so you can check it out for yourself. Download from here - iscram.zip. The documentation can be previewed separately from scramble.ps . It is also included in the ZIP archive in MS Word format. This software requires no trusted third parties, no web of trust, no PKI Certification, no trusted servers. It is a true peer-to-peer application. It costs nothing to use, other than the cost of an Internet connection.
